Domestic Shipping (Within Japan)

  • Shipping is free of charge.

  • The shipping schedule varies depending on each pre-order item.
    Please check the individual product pages for specific shipping timelines.
    Gift wrapping is not available.

  • No shipments will be made on store holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).


Returns and Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than defects or errors caused by our store.

For Store Errors or Defective Products

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a defect or mistake, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

Returns or exchanges will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days after the product’s arrival.
    (Unless otherwise specified by manufacturer warranty or applicable law.)

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and only tried on indoors.

  • All tags, delivery slips, inner papers, and other accessories are intact.
    (Please note that if the tag is removed from the product, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.)

  • The product and its packaging are in the same condition as when delivered.

  • The product is not a discounted or sale item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will also accept a return or exchange.
Upon delivery, please make sure to check that your items are not defective and that your order details are correct.
Please note that items received more than 8 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange.


Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued after the product has been returned to us in its original packaging and condition.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the return or exchange is due to customer convenience, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping (Outside Japan)

Orders from outside Japan will be shipped via DHL.
We will process and ship your order within 3 to 10 business days after it has been confirmed.
Please note that pre-order items may have different lead times depending on each product.
Gift wrapping is not available.

The estimated delivery time is for reference only. Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer than the standard time.

     Shipping fee: ¥10,000 / Estimated delivery: at least 2 days

  • Oceania & South Asia (Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Fiji, India, Laos, Myanmar, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea)
     Shipping fee: ¥12,000 / Estimated delivery: at least 4 days

  • North America (Canada, Mexico, United States)
     Shipping fee: ¥13,000 / Estimated delivery: at least 3 days

  • Europe (Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican)

     Shipping fee: ¥20,000 / Estimated delivery: at least 2 days

  • South America & Other Regions
     Shipping fee: ¥20,000 / Estimated delivery: at least 5 days

The delivery time listed above is only an estimate, and additional time may be required for remote locations.
We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs or shipping processes.

These rates are standard shipping fees.
For large-sized items, shipping fees may differ and will be indicated on the respective product pages.
Orders may be canceled due to international or logistical circumstances.

Normally, products are shipped directly to the customer. However, the delivery method may vary depending on the country or region.
Please use the tracking number provided upon shipment to check the delivery status with the carrier.

If a package is not received and the storage period at the courier expires, the product will be returned to Japan.
In such cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the refund will be made after deducting the return shipping fee from the total payment.
The duration of customs inspections may vary depending on the season and shipment volume.


Payment Methods

Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card.
A maximum of ¥300,000 per order is accepted.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All import duties, taxes, and customs fees related to international shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
The amount varies depending on your country or region; please contact your local customs office for estimates.
Duties may be charged upon delivery or invoiced later.

For orders placed outside Japan, we will charge only the product price and shipping fee (customs duties not included).
Please review your total amount in the cart before completing your order.


Return Policy

RYUNOSUKEOKAZAKI accepts returns only for defective items within 7 business days of receipt.

When returning an item, please ensure it is in the same condition as received, including all tags, accessories, and packaging materials.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if an initial defect is confirmed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any other reasons.

Important Notes

  • Colors and appearances may vary slightly depending on your display environment.
    Please contact us if you require precise product information.

  • For shoes, please try them indoors on a carpeted surface only.

  • Tags, inner papers, and seals must remain attached.

  • For products that include a box (such as shoes or accessories),
    the box is considered part of the product and must be returned undamaged.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
