International Shipping (Outside Japan)
Orders shipped outside Japan are sent via DHL.
For in-stock items, we will process and dispatch your order within 3 to 10 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Pre-order and made-to-order items are not subject to this standard dispatch timeframe. Shipping timelines vary by product, and the estimated shipping timeframe is stated on each product page. Please review this information before placing your order.

These are standard shipping fees. Shipping fees for oversized items may differ and will be stated on the relevant product pages.
Orders may be canceled due to international shipping restrictions or logistical circumstances.
Delivery and Tracking
Orders are generally delivered directly to the customer. However, delivery arrangements may vary depending on the destination country or region.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number to check the delivery status with the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or shipping processes. Customs inspection times may vary depending on the season and shipment volume.
Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is not received or collected within the carrier’s storage period, it will be returned to Japan.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once the package has been returned to us, a refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping fee from the total payment.

Customs Duties and Taxes
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges vary by country or region. Please contact your local customs office for further information or estimates before placing your order.
Duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery or invoiced separately at a later date.
For orders shipped outside Japan, we charge only the product price and shipping fee. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included.

Returns and Exchanges
The following policy applies to both domestic and international orders, including pre-order and made-to-order items.
Returns for Customer Reasons
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer reasons, including a change of mind or the selection of an incorrect size or color.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at:

Returns or exchanges are accepted when a product defect or an error on our part has been confirmed. This also applies to discounted and sale items.

Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:

You have contacted us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The item is unused and unwashed, apart from being tried on indoors.

All original tags remain attached.

All delivery slips, inner papers, accessories, and packaging materials are included.

The product and its packaging are in the same condition as when received, apart from the defect or damage reported to us.
For shoes, please try them on indoors on a carpeted surface only.
For products supplied with a box, such as shoes or accessories, the box is considered part of the product. Please return it in the condition in which it was received.
Requests made after the 7-calendar-day notification period are not eligible under this policy. If a different period applies under a manufacturer’s warranty or applicable law, that period will take precedence.
Refunds
For an accepted return, a full refund will be issued after we have received the returned item in its original packaging and condition, apart from the reported defect, and confirmed the defect or error.
Return and Exchange Shipping Costs
We will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges resulting from a confirmed product defect or an error on our part.
Returns or exchanges for customer reasons are not accepted.
