Agreement Regarding the Handling of Personal Information

When applying for this service, the user agrees that our company will handle the personal information obtained about the user in connection with this service, after implementing appropriate protective measures, in accordance with the following provisions.

1. Purposes of Personal Information Use

The company shall obtain and use users' personal information for the purposes specified below.

1. User management and customer support
2. Delivery of products or other items to users
3. Planning of advertising, promotional activities, sales solicitations, and campaigns
4. Publication of web magazines, creation and distribution of email newsletters, and implementation of surveys
5. Marketing activities after processing the information into an anonymized state
6. Other content provision related to the service
   

2. Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

Within the scope of the purposes specified in Article 1, the company may outsource all or part of the user's information to other businesses. In such cases, we will select outsourcing partners that maintain adequate protection standards and will execute contracts regarding the handling of personal information.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

The company shall not disclose or provide the acquired user information to third parties except in the following cases:

1. Cases specified in previos sections
2. When the user has provided prior consent
3. When the information is processed into an anonymized state that prevents identification of the user
4. When disclosure or provision of user information is permitted under laws and regulations, or when requested to disclose member information
5. When requested by a court, police, or other national or local government authority
6. When the company determines that there is a risk of harm to the user’s life, body, or property
7. When disclosing personal information to payment companies for identity verification, billing address verification, and credit screening
8. When disclosure is otherwise permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act
   

4. Voluntary Provision

All personal information obtained by our company is provided at the user's own discretion.

Please note that if required information is not provided, we may refuse to permit use of the service. Please be aware of this in advance.

5. Inquiry Response

Upon request from the relevant user, the company will respond to inquiries regarding the purposes of personal information use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of information, suspension of use or deletion, and suspension of provision to third parties.
